The Cash and Valuable Services (CVS) Division of Visual Securas Limited is initiated in the year of 2009 under the leadership of Chairman cum Managing Director, Late. Anjan Chaudhury along with Mr Subrota Kumar Debnath, Vice President (CVS).
CVS division provides Cash and Valuable Services to various banks, financial institutions and jeweler merchandisers across India. We are fully capable and equipped with experienced Management staff, well trained Cash Executives and Crews to perform their duties efficiently.
The Corporate Governance System is in force. Our Company has proper and adequate operational control including internal checking through substantive and compliance tests. We also have a strong back-up team of experts in addition to the field executives, armed guards and drivers. 24/7 Ops Room/Call Centers are also being maintained to monitor GPS system and operational activities.
The Business Continuity and Management of Disaster recovery plans are in force. The nature of business requires nonstop activity irrespective of any natural disaster or of any socio political disturbance. The backup plan is well placed and a dedicated team along with reserve equipment for any force major is in place to address any contingency .
The nature of job requires uncompromised integrity and trust of confidentiality. Visual does not compromise on the same at any cost .Even in case of any termination /expiry of Service Level Agreement (SLA) we are bound to keep the information confidential and are responsible not to reveal at any level for whatsoever reason.

We provide different sizes and categories of Cash Vans which are modified by experienced Modifier with RBI specifications. All our cash van crews are well trained in Cash in Transit movements of Cash & Valuables. All Cash Vans are fitted with GPS System. We provide following type of cash vans
i) TYPE ‘A’ - Bullet Proof
ii) TYPE ‘B’ - Bullet Resistant
iii) TYPE ‘C’ - Modified
iv) TYPE ‘D’ - General
We provide Door Step Banking Services for Cash pickup/delivery from customer locations on behalf of various bBanks/organisations. We use seal bag pickup/delivery process to avoid mal practice in the system.
We Replenish ATMs and carryout First Line Maintenance by our trained experts. We strictly maintain TAT to avoid down time.
We provide Vaulting facilities to various Banks for cash sorting, processing, merging & ATM replenishments.
We provide Cash Sorters for sorting of cash deposited in the sealed envelopes by the customers in the drop box placed in the Bank Branches or ATMs of the respective Banks.
We do Cash Sorting & Merging of the cash collected from door step banking and deposit the same at the respective bank currency chest/bank branch. We process cash for various Banks i.e. ATM finish notes, issuable notes and non-issuable notes.
We process salary packets for various organisations and disburse the same to the employees on behalf of the respective organisation through banks.
We provide trained executives to banks/financial institutions for counter management including their back office support.
We provide cash vans along with 01 executive, 01 assistant, 02 armoured guards and 01 driver as cash van crew for movement of bullions to banks and jewellery merchandisers.
We pickup/deliver valuable instruments such as cheques /demand drafts to & from customers on behalf of banks by using two wheelers.
